Hi, my name is Elliot Duff. I have signed up to cycle the 80 mile route of the Cairn O’ Mount Challenge in Perthshire on the 1st of June 2019 to raise money for the Home for Aids Organisation in Zambia. Home for Aids Organisation works with the local community to improve the living conditions for those most vulnerable in society, especially young children who have been orphaned by AIDS. All of the money raised will go towards part or full cost of building a much needed new classroom facility, creating an opportunity to learn for these young people. I would really appreciate your support in this very worthy cause and thank you in advance.

My cycle challenge leaves from Edzell Muir through Fettercairn following the steep Cairn o’ Mount road up towards Strachan, on the edge of the Caringorm National Park, before heading east towards Stonehaven and then down the coast through Inverbervie to Johnshaven and then heading west and heading for home.

Home for Aids Orphans was initially established as the United Church of Zambia Mission Partners Mwandi, by Dan (sadly passed 2019) and Paula Van Zyl (husband and wife duo). In 2014 they became a registered Not for Profit Organisation and began operating as Home for AIDS Orphans. In July this year, as part of a group, I will be travelling to Zambia where I will have the privilege to help build the classroom.
