Hello Friends I am looking for your help! This time nearly a year ago I was packing up my bags and getting ready to move to Lusaka, Zambia. I love it here and feel so inspired everyday. Alongside my painting, I also volunteer at a school where I teach art.

Colin B Primary School is attached to Chishawasha Children's home and was built with donor funding. The school was founded to provide quality education for the orphans living on site and those in the surrounding community. It now also accepts fee paying students.

The children I teach have never had art in their curriculum before which makes for high excitement levels, incredibly noisy classes and lots of fun. The challenge is a lack of funding. We struggle to provide even enough chairs and desks for all the children. On top of that, art materials are often difficult to get hold of and expensive.

If you would like to make a donation towards improving the resources at the school, I would be enormously grateful and I know the children would be too!
