Story
In April/May 2019, I will be taking part in a charity sky dive from 13,000 feet, in aid of The Gavin Curwen Heart Screening Foundation. I have chosen this charity as it is very close to my heart. In February 2017, my family and our community lost one of our beloved members, Gavin Curwen, suddenly at 40 years of age. After his passing, The Gavin Curwen Heart Screening Foundation was set up in his honour. The aim is not only to raise awareness for the importance of heart screening but also to screen young athletes in the local community. Included in this goal was to supply heart defibrillators to every sports club in the area. Any sponsorship will be greatly appreciated towards this worthy but local charity.
