Our beautiful daughter, Fiona, died suddenly last week without being able to say goodbye to her loved ones or to her six year old son Cassius to whom she was absolutely devoted . Fiona was 29 this August and was the most positive and optimistic person in the world. As a Teach First graduate she was planning for and looking forward to the start of term at Worth Primary School where she was a dedicated and compassionate teacher who worked all hours to make a success of this.

Fiona was an amazing mother to Cassius and partner to Abraham and she did everything to ensure Cassius became a good pupil at his school, St Faiths, and was a happy child. She and Abraham felt that they had everything to look forward to and everyone who knew her is devastated. We know that she would want us to continue to provide the love and support that she gave him.

We have been touched by the words of so many people who met and knew Fiona and how she had been not only a friend but also an inspiration to them. Many have asked how they can help and we have set up this fund to support Cassius who has lost his mummy at such a young age.
