Oor Wullie's BIG Bucket Trail is the first ever nationwide public art trail, it will unite the country as it raises awareness and vital funds for Scotland’s children's hospital charities. The trail will consist of over 200 painted sculptures travelling for 11 weeks to Scotland's cities: Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness. Team Ringlink's sculpture 'Oor Countryside' will be 1 of 83 sculptures on the Aberdeen trail.

Ringlink Scotland Ltd have sponsored the "Oor Countryside" sculpture, we now want you to help us buy this sculpture at auction in September!

To raise the funds needed to buy "Oor Countryside" Team Ringlink are carrying out a walkathon! On Wednesday 31st July, 16 team members are walking the 4 Munro's: Broad Cairn, Cairn Bannoch, Tolmount and Tom Buidhe. The route will be around 26km and take over 7 hours to complete.

All funds raised will go to the ARCHIE Foundation and partners: the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital (RACH), Tayside Children’s Hospital (Ninewells Hospital, Dundee), the Highland Children’s Unit (Raigmore Hospital, Inverness), Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity and all child health across the North of Scotland and the Northern and Western Isles.
