He was an avid football player but he has had to stop since March 2023 as the disease has left him feeling weak, he is having more seizures and his speech has been affected which means he hasn’t been able to go to school or interact with his friends for the last few months. This disease if left untreated can cause death within a year. There is a pioneering treatment which can cure this condition available at UPMC in Pittsburgh. I used all our savings to get him out there 6 weeks ago for a consultation and we were since informed that he has been accepted for the treatment programme, that is ready to begin at the end of this month.

Flights have been booked for the 31st of May. I had been able to secure funding for the whole thing through a family friend but I was informed earlier this week that unfortunately that he can no longer help us due to ongoing business problems. The last few days have been horrendous and it’s been very emotional, having talked to some friends they suggested we setup a JustGiving Page, I know we need a miracle so I have turned to the Spurs family for help, With this treatment our son can be saved and live a normal life, he can get back to playing football which he loves and hopefully can fulfil his dream of being a mascot for Tottenham. The treatment, aftercare, accommodation is going to cost £50,000. We would be eternally grateful for anything the wider Spurs family can donate. I know times are hard but our son can be saved and I have to try everything to get him this treatment.
