The post arrived today with a BUPA 10k running pack. I hadn't actually entered!! It must have automatically rolled over from last year. 

Oh, well. I've got 10 days to get in shape. Here's hoping!

I'll be running for Marie Curie this year, who are providing support for my fabulous folks. Their marvellous Hampstead branch (if branch is indeed the word) is also providing support for a fellow North London chum and her family. So the sweat and wobbling is for the Curie bunch this time around!

Tough times for us all, money-wise. So that target is just an ambition. Any amount is appreciated, but more than cash is your continued love and support. Many thanks.
