Event: BHF London to Brighton Bike Ride 2010, on 20 June 2010

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

Im going to be competing in a 54 mile Bike ride on Sunday June 20th 2010 for the The June Hancock Mesothelioma Research Fund. The Fund supports high quality mesothelioma research projects, contributes to clinical trials, and assists with many patient & carer led information seminars and literature. Mesothelioma is a malignant lung disease which results mainly from exposure to asbestos. Im doing this bike ride as my dad has got mesothelioma and want to help others with this disease.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks!!!

The Fund was created in 1997 to raise awareness of mesothelioma, fund research, and to support patients and carers. We have raised more than £1 million, mostly in small donations from those personally affected, for research, a helpline and educational/information events across the country.
