Its been a while since I have done any charity cycling challenges so I thought it was time to put on my lycra and get on my bike. The challenge will be on the 17th April as part of Earth ride a 50 man team riding almost 100km from Reading to Stonehenge in support of earth week. The money is being raised for sustrans who are the UK's leading sustainable transport charity. They were founded in 1977 (year of my birth) and established the natiional cycle network we all use, which has grown from a 17 mile route between bristol and bath to 14,000 miles of route all over the UK.
