What do you buy for the man who has everything on his 50th birthday? The answer is nothing! I have everything I need and more. So I'd like to take this opportunity to raise some money for a wonderful local charity that helps elderly people combat cope with loneliness and dementia through creativity and kindness. Many of my clients at Ginkgo are in their later years. Sadly, some of them have been touched by dementia, so this cause means a lot to me. 

Age Exchange works across the generations, running art and craft sessions that use an amazing collection of "reminiscence" objects to tap into the comforting power of memories. It's also a thriving community hub with a lovely cafe, library and training rooms. Every penny raised will be well spent!
