Sadly, on Monday 7th July 2008 Matthew Andrew East (Roz's Godson) died from complications derived from his Muscular Dystrophy condition. He was a happy little boy who we'll never forget.

On Sunday 27th July I ran the Bupa Great Wales Run ( a 10k around Cardiff Bay) with a couple of friends - Simon Lloyd and Michael Gavin. We all completed the race despite the hot weather.

My aim is to raise money in Matthew's memory and to let Claire and Jason, his Mum and Dad, know how much we care. Thank you to all who have donated so far, please encourage others to do so.
