Hi, I'm Dave and I'll be biking The Karen Teale Bike Run 2011 on the 10th September for the 1st time as my running days are over. This is a 27 mile bike run from Alford to Mossat, through Kildrummy to Glenkindie then Towie to Muir of Fowlis and back to Alford.

I am no longer doing The Loch Ness Marathon!!!!!!!

I have a member of the family and friends with MS and thought I'd do something that I could to raise awareness and funds for the Society.
