I am trying to raise as much money as possible for Ronald McDonald House Charities by running in the Liverpool 10km on Sunday October 5th.

RMHC provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation for the families of children requiring in-patient care in hospitals and hospices across the UK. When a child is admitted to hospital the family can find the time pressures and cost of travelling to and from the hospital very stressful. RMHC helps to support families through this difficult time by providing free accommodation in or near the hospital where families can be together and benefit from the support of other families facing similar situations. By giving families the opportunity to stay together in a home-like environment they have one less thing to worry about.

There is a Ronald McDonald House at Alder Hey hospital that survives soley on people donating generously so please sponsor me now :-).
