I completed my walk over the Southern Upland Way (click on Photos to see the route) in the latter half of May 2010 - 207 miles in 12 days with 2 nights spent on the hill - and continue to raise funds for NACC.  Two young people very close to me have been affected by Crohn's and I should like to help in funding research into this horrible condition.  To learn more please visit
