Hi,

As you are probably aware, I shall be running the Great North Run this year with my younger sister Louise.  Neither of us have run a half marathon before, so it'll be a challenge for both of us.  Although we can both be a bit competative at times, we shall be running together and pushing each other on.

We are both running for charities that are close to both of our hearts...
