In a moment of madness I thought that this would be a good way to help AYME and to get myself fit. Well one out of two ain't bad!  AYME has been a great support and help to James and us - at a time when we really needed it.  It is the only way for young people with ME/CFS to contact each other no matter where they live - and know that they're not the only ones having to cope with this very isolating condition. We know that it also has helped a lot of other young people.
