Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

We are starting our cycle on Friday 10th August from John O Groats to Inverness.  Our aim is to finish after 9 days at Lands End.  We are staying at Fire Stations throughout Britain en route.

We are raising money to benefit NAS (Scotland) and our local community where as many children as possible will benefit. We hope also to raise awareness of Autism.

Many thanks for your support.

David and the team.

UPDATE - WEDNESDAY 15TH AUGUST 2007

The cycle is going well.  Today they reached Telford and tomorrow they are heading for Bristol.  On Friday it's Princetown and on Saturday it's Land's End.  The guys have been averaging approx 90 miles a day.  Yesterday it was 108 miles in dreadful weather.

Leslie Mutch joined them on Saturday for 35 miles and Ian Maclean on Sunday for 40 miles.  They have had great support along the route.  To view photos go to www.photobox.co.uk.

UPDATE - SUNDAY 19TH AUGUST 2007

The team completed their challenge last night at 6pm in Lands End.  They are absolutely delighted.  They cycled 925 miles in total, a bit further than was first thought.

There are some sore heads today after the night out in Newquay.  A further night out is planned tonight in Brampton.  They will be home tomorrow (Monday ), probably late afternoon at Inverness Fire Station.

Thanks to everyone who supported and sponsored the team.  It is much appreciated.

WELL DONE DAVID, KENNY, GILBERT, GRAHAM, ALAN AND BILLY.
