I am on the look out for sponsorship again, this time for a half marathon, my first 'official' attempt at this distance...though rest assured I have been training hard and am confident that I will finish. Now how long it will take me is up for discussion, around 2 hours 30 is my goal....rain and wind permitting!

I am raising funds for Cransley Hospice and the Community Palliative Care Fund.

They need to raise £60 per hour, almost £1500 per day by charitable donations and fundraising activities to sustain the quality of care that they provide in the purpose built 9 bedded unit in Kettering.

Our family was personally touched by the illness recently and so I am keen to try to raise some funds for them, as they say 'every little helps' and will keep me running when the going gets tough....
