Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. This is my 3rd marathon, but my 1st New York marathon! Just 1 week to go and I'm well on way to raising my target of £2500!

As you many of you will know, my father Sam, died from cancer in November 2001, nearly 6 years ago. I also know many other family members and close friends who have lost loved ones to cancer. By running for Marie Curie Cancer Care I hope to give something back to the many people who helped look after my father and all the thousand's of other people who devote their lives to researching for advancements in treatment of the disease. 

I will be devoting this marathon to the memory of my father, so therefore, not only will the 26.2miles be a challenge physically but also emotionally.
