Story

I am setting myself the challenge of running this years Great North Run in under 1 hour 40 minutes, aiming to knock 20 minutes off my previous time.

The reason I have chosen 'Dogs for the Disabled' as my nominated charity, is due to the inspiring work they do. They make a huge difference to some peoples lives. Alongside this, I also love dogs, and think it's brilliant that they are able to provide such happiness, and independence to people (whilst having a great time themselves!). To see some of the work they do, please follow the link below to read some inspirational stories.

So if you also think this charity does some brilliant work, have been moved by any of the stories on their website or are a dog-lover (or all of the above!), then please donate to this great cause.

A massive thanks to all of you that do in advance,
