Story

On 10-11 September 20 teams will hike 24 peaks in the Lake District to benefit the National Deaf Children's Society. The National Deaf Children's Society (NDCS) helps deaf children and their families with advice, equipment and training. For more information about childhood deafness and the NDCS, visit http://www.ndcs.org.uk/.

Please contribute and help deaf children and their families in the UK. The expenses of the hike have been underwritten fully by Attentiv Systems Group (http://www.attentiv.com/) to enable the full value of contributions to be directed to NDCS programs.

Donating to NDCS through this site is simple, fast, and secure. The NDCS will receive your donation faster. If you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Donations to NDCS offline are welcome as well. Please contact any of us.

Many thanks for your support. Randy Szuch, Michael Herde, Karen Kay, Tony Nate, Duncan Perry, Andrew Pickup, Rod Reynolds, Mike Williamson
