Story

From 17th – 26th October 2008 I will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of the Institute of Cancer Research (registered charity no. 534147).  The trip involves a 15 hour flight followed by on average 8-9 hours trekking per day at altitude, so it is no relaxing vacation!  The temperature during the trek will range from 31 degrees with a very high level of humidity, to sub-zero near the summit.

The minimum level of sponsorship I have been tasked with raising is £3000, of which £2400 has to be submitted by 17th July 2008.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Institute of Cancer Research & Everyman will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
