It has always been a dream of mine to run the london marathon and in April 2009 I will fulfill that dream.

I am also running the silverstone half marathon in March 2009.(see below) I will be running both races for Sense - National Deafblind and Rubella Association  please donate as much as you can.

Update:

My training is going well and I have just reached 13.1 miles(half marathon distance) in my training. I done this in 2:02'13 just under the time it took Martin Lel to win the 2008 london marathon. So i'm no elite runner .......Yet watch this space.

Silverstone half marathon:

As you can see from my photo the silverstone half marathon went very well it was a very hot day and quite sunny at times.
I managed to go round in 01:57:03 under 2 hours so I was well pleased. My legs hurt like mad for a few days afterwards but i still managed a 20 mile run on mothers day.
