We like to support this charity which was started in Cornwall and provides immediate shelter for those who have lost their homes due to natural disasters, such as earthquakes and floods. 

Each box costs £490 and provides  shelter in the form of a 10 person tent plus blankets, a cooking stove and utensils, water carrier and purification tablets,tools and a pack of crayons and colouring books for children plus other things deemed necessary to help with the situation. 

In 2010 so far 27,000 boxes have been sent to Haiti and up to 61,000 people in Pakistan have been helped after the floods by providing shelter, warmth and dignity.
