Hello everyone!

Let me introduce my self.  My name is Dishali and this summer I'm going to be volunteering into work with underprivileged children.  I will be living and working in Mumbai for 8 weeks (mid June to mid August), experiencing the life Mumbai has to offer as well as giving the children as much love and support as I possibly can!

God has blessed me with the chance to live this wonderful life and in turn I want to be the one to give those children who are less privileged the chance to shine and live their lives in the way they should.

I’m going to be teaching (formal and non-formal) building awareness in the community, helping to mobilise self-help groups, working on income generating programmes and providing recreation as well as bringing about support and care for the children of Mumbai.
