Norwood is a charity that helps both children and adults who are both physically and/or mentally disabled and one i have been supporting with sponsored bike rides for 19 years. As always Norwood is in desperate need of funds to keep its valuable work going and is totally dependent on the generosity of the public . As bike riders we contribute to our costs and also sponsor ourselves, so all the money we raise goes straight to Norwood
This year we will be cycling through Kenya's mountains and off road tracks and riders from the Norwood Ravenswood village will join us, a moving testimony to what can be achieved with love, care and the right resources.
For those of you who have done this before, many thanks for the last 19 years support and for those of you who are doing this for the first time, well done!!
