“Do you think exercise makes a difference to your life – do you think it would make a difference to mine?”
The stupid questions you ask when slightly the worse for drink…. Adrian and Sandy would like to thank or fire – we are still working out which – Nick and Nicky respectively for ‘persuading’ them to partake in a “little exercise” to change their lives and hopefully the lives of others (mid-life crisis; what mid-life crisis!!). A year ago the idea of running to catch a bus was something abhorrent to Adrian and Sandy and although it still may not be the most pleasant thought in the world, hopefully by the end of this little ‘jaunt’ they should be able to run instead of catching the bus!!
We (all of us) would like in turn to thank you for sponsoring what will be a life changing exercise for 2 of us and more akin to a “walk in the park” for the others. We will leave it to your imagination which is which. The charity we have picked is very close to one of our hearts and your generosity will be very much appreciated by us and by them.
And thank you for not laughing too loudly when you read this!!!!
