I am part of a fifteen member team from work who have taken up the Duke of Edinburgh Diamond Challenge. 

Together we must:

Learn a Skill - learning (or relearn) how to crochet

Do a challenge - to lose a collective amount of weight (the equivalent to the CEO's Alsatian dog Carter - 97lb)  

Have an Adventure - Walk along the Birmingham to Droitwich canal network to Stoke Pound in Bromsgrove = 20+ miles in one day.  (the origial plan was to attempt the 3 Castles Walk in Monmouthshire: A 20 mile way-marked walk through beautiful countryside taking in 3 castles).  :)
