Me and Sarah are going to do a 400 mile bike ride at the end of July. I'm raising money for a really good charity that provides help for people who suffer from bad back ache. 

I think me and Sarah are slightly unprepared, but that just adds to the challenge!!! (I can't read a map)  I know loads of you sponsored me lots of money for uganda but hopefully you've had enough time to save up so you can sponsor me even more money!
