I'm pretty sure that everybody puts down that they must be "mad" to do an event but this is the Mother of events Marathons pah child's play (no disrespect to those who have done one Tom/Jonny)  this event will see me and my two fellow competitors do a 2.4 miles (3.86 km) swim, a 112 miles (180.25 km) bike and a marathon (26 miles 385 yards, 42.195 km) run, raced in that order and without a break.  Yes we're going to do all that on the 2nd of August.

So I'm doing it for charity and I've chosen to do it for Scope if any of you have met any children with cerebral palsy then you'll know that they are full of life and sunshine but need a lot of support and help.  So let's dig deep and do what we can to help them and thier families.
