hey guys,

        as most people know or can guess i'm not going to be running many fun runs let alone marathons for charity so i've taken the chance to raise money a way i can. This swim is a perfect way for me to make a difference. The charity i'm doing it for is Aspire who help and support people with spinal injuries. Having a close friend affected by a sporting spinal injury and seeing his determination to get on with his life to the best of his ability has made me realise that i can help and make a difference and if Ali was here now he would be putting the boot in and telling me to get off my arse. So if you wuld like to make a donation i would be extremely grateful, no matter how small it is everything makes a difference.
