I am "running" the Asics 10K London run 2009 for OUCH UK.
I suffer with this excruciatingly painful disorder which can render me completely useless when in a cycle ( i have even lost a job through too much time off due to these), females have said it is more painful than child birth which I can believe (however i'm not likely to undergo childbirth any time soon..... lol)
Very little is known about CH an many doctors label it as a migrane, which it is not. The money I am raising will go toward promoting OUCH as the fantastic charity it is and increase understanding of this disorder.

Please give all you can to help this small charity as it is a rock to many sufferers when it all get a bit too much, and trust me it can..!
