This race is dubed as 'Irelands Toughest Race'. This is a single day endurance race, designed to push competitors to the limit. 

The Race is a 260km multi-sport event across the least hospitable terrain in Ireland. To finish, I will have to complete 15km of kayaking, 175km of cycling, 5km of mountain running and 65km of off road trail running - in 24 hrs!
