Arthritis Research UK is leading the fight against arthritis - not just by putting me through pain, but that is certainly part of it.

More than 1 in 6 people are affected by arthritis, it is the biggest cause of pain and disability in the UK. 1 in 6 is also roughly Newcastle United's goals per game last season, and that caused a lot of you serious pain, so I know this is hitting home. Go on.... give. It'll make that pain go away**.
