Some of you have already sponsor me in the paper form but I thought we could set one of these up to cast the net wider :-)

The time has come for us to run the Comrades Marathon. Whilst this is Toby's 5th time it is my first and to say I am dreading it is an understatement!!! 56 miles with hills in South Africa seemed crazy but as it gets nearer (JUNE 17th) I am actually starting to get excited.. as well as very very nervous.

Please sponsor us running as all possible motivation IS required!!! It is a fabulous cause and our club charity for this year. I always feel bad asking for sponsorship but feel quite justified in this instance as 56 mile is a VERY LONG WAY! Please sponsor us for Comrades and the run-up-runs including (Reading Half in fancy dress and 4 marathon plus distances including London, Halsted and Shakespeare marathons in 5 weekends!!!).

(Elaine only bit): Finally sorry to all friends and family who I haven't seen in the heavy training month and sorry to anyone who I have been grouchy to when over tired... ;-)
