Matt and George are getting married!!



We have got to the stage in our lives where we have most of the things we really need, so instead of receiving gifts for our wedding, we hope you would be happy to donate what you would have spent on a gift to The Ella Grace Trust.



George set up the Ella Grace Trust in memory of her daughter Ella, who died in February 2002 after a long battle with epilepsy.


Over the last 7 years, together with RMHC (Ronald McDonald House Charities), the trust has raised over £200,000, which has paid for 7 new parent/family rooms at Kings College Hospital where Ella was treated. These rooms allow parents to stay at the hospital close to their children when the need arises, especially vital if the child is in intensive care. They also allow parents and families to get away from the intensity of the hospital environment for a while and have some privacy within reach of their sick child.



We recently visited Kings and are planning the refurbishment of some of the parent facilities and are looking at other ways in which the trust could support parents.



Obviously this is a cause that is very close to Georges heart, so anything that you can donate would be really appreciated by us and will go in it's entirety towards this great cause.
