We empower people at their toughest point to turn their life around.

Story

Anyone that follows me on facebook or instagram knows me and knows my story and the challenges that I have faced with my mental health over the years.

Each year I celebrate my sobriety birthdays with a challenge. I like to do something that pushes me outside my comfort zone. My first year I jumped out of a plane in Australia, my second year I threw my first sober event, for my third year (a month early) I'm gonna go run like Forest Gump and run a half marathon  (I mean there maybe some walking in there too) but I will try my hardest to keep running!!

The forward trust are an amazing charity that I now work for and I am extremely passionate about the work that they do I have seen it first hand how they change lives and I have seen the hard work that goes in to the running of the organisation and for that reason I would like to raise money for them, to enable them to save more lives and help people to get the fresh start in life that they deserve.

Info below on who the forward trust are...
