Story
This has been the most gruelling training regime ever- I am actually quite relieved the day is in sight...........and that I can soon drink alcohol and caffeine again!
Thank you to everyone below who has been so generous - it means a lot and will keep me going on the big day. I am hoping to raise £100 for every mile I run- this will make the pain worthwhile.
I am running for epilepsy because of my older brother. I spent many a moment as a child in epilepsy units of hospitals and being awoken in the middle of the night by my brother having a fit (fittingly, imagining that he is running in a race and has to win gold) and so when I decided to run, epilepsy was the perfect thing to run for.
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page and for supporting me and the NSE.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The National Society for Epilepsy will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
