So I am participating in the London Sprint Triathlon, August 2008, I can't actually believe i'm doing it myself ! After a life changing experience in 2007 I realised just how important life really is, this is why i'm competing in the Triathlon in memory of a special little angel who is always in my thoughts. I will be donating my sponsorship money to a charity called Bliss, who help premature and sick babies, by doing this it will hopefully give other children a chance to a better way of life. I hope by completing the course not only will it be an achievement for myself but a chance for me to give something back to someone who made a special impact on my life.

Just to keep you all updated.....  I completed the triathlon on Saturday in 1hour and 17minutes.  I will let you all know the total amount raised once i get around to collecting it all.  Many thanks for all your support throughout.  Thanks Emma xxx
