I managed to complete the run in 1hr 9mins! I was really pleased, considering it was so wet!

As many of you know I have suffered with Crohn's for many years, and now feel it's time to raise money for a very worth cause. Please feel free to visit www.nacc.org.uk where they fully explain the great work they do, and what Crohn's is.
After my operation this year (2007), it has made me feel very thankful to be here, and to fully appreciate my amazing family and true friends. Without whom I couldn't have remained positive, and kept smiling! 
I feel here I can say a BIG THANK YOU to all my family and friends. Also all the doctors and nurses who looked after me - seeing as though I was a true pain in the bum, as I'm scared of lots of hospital things!!

Training is going very well - although at times a lot harder than I thought. Jade the dog is still enjoying it although big steep hills are horrible and hurt! I can't believe it's next month that I'll be doing the big 10K - It's a bit scary.
