Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

As of Sunday 24th October the Ramada Encore Birmingham City Centre will be starting a month of charity fundraising for our charity of choice, Birmingham Children’s Hospital.  From now on our hotel will be supporting the charity and doing all we can to raise vital funding for various needs within the hospital. To kick this off, on 24th October we will be taking part in the Birmingham Half Marathon.  During the month we will be hoping to raise somewhere in the region of £5,000 which will be donated to the Eye Department for vital equipment.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you for all your help!!

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
