Lands End is the most south-westerly point of the United Kingdom and John O'Groats is the most north-easterly point of Scotland - 601 miles apart as the crow flies.  Cycling between the two obviously makes for a longer route of approximately 1000 miles. The three os us, Myself, Mark and Craig, will start cycling on the 24th May across 14 days .

We will use the ride as a means to raise money for Cancer Research UK.  1 in 4 people will get some form of cancer and 1 in 3 do not survive.  Cancer is responsible for over 150,000 deaths per year in the UK. Cancer Research UK are the leading charity in fighting cancer in the UK, with over 4000 scientists, doctors and nurses working together to fight all types of cancer
