From the 18th June - 27th June 2005 I will attempt an ultra- distance endurance run from Tregaron in West Wales to Queen's Walk in London to raise money for Dogs for the Disabled.

I will follow, as closely as possible, the routes of the Old Welsh Drove Roads and will average over a marathon a day for 10 days!!
