We are part of 254 Medical Regiment - a TA Regiment based in the northern home counties and east anglia. E Sqn is located in Hitchin and has decided to "adopt" Keech Cottage as our Sqn Charity to assist them in the fabulous work they undertake for our community.

We have entered a team into the Tough Guy race (please learn more at www.toughguy.co.uk) From the looks of it, this is one crazy race, but any pain we endure will be offset by the knowledge that Keech Cottage Children's Hospice will benefit directly from our efforts.
