Thank you ever so much for taking your time to visit my fundraising page. As you all know I will cycle from London to Paris over 4 days in June. My chosen charity is Southwark MIND.

Southwark MIND is run by volunteers that give up their free time to support people that need advise, someone to talk to or a just a shoulder to cry on. Please donate generously. They are really worth it.

Mental health problems can affect anyone, rich or poor, young or old, shattering the lives of those affected and the lives of the people close to them. One in four of us will experience a mental health problem at some point in our lives. Each year more than 250,000 people are admitted to psychiatric hospitals and over 4,000 people take their own lives.
