Our team "Fantastic Atlantic" are braving the elements and risking serious embarrasment by taking part in a White Water Rafting Race over 6 miles.  Our team of 8 consists of Susan, Roslyn, Jennifer, Tracy and Allan from Marine Department - bravely assisted by  Kerrie from Technical, Claire and Theresa - Marine Payroll

Given that 3 of our team are scared of water 2 are seriously accident prone and only 2 have taken any form of exercise in the last year - it will take huge effort from all of us to get to the end of the course.

However, our coach Lorraine is determined to get us to the finishing line in a good time and raise a pile of money for Chest, Heart and Stroke, Scotland.  Thats where you come in - we hope that you will kindly offer any financial support and help us reach our target.

We have taken the decision not to reveal details of where our life threatening feat will take place because we are sure that the world is not ready for the sight of our team in wetsuits.
