On Thursday 24th September 2009, I will be setting off on a three day, 226 mile bike ride from London to Paris to raise money for Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. Another challenge to keep me busy. I think it's going to hurt!

Through supporting Laureus, your money will go towards improving the lives of disadvantaged children around the world. The foundation funds sports projects which break down social barriers and bring young people together. It supports over 65 projects in 28 countries and, since its inception 10 years ago, it has improved the lives of over 1 million children.
