The Female Fraud Forum's committee invites its members and supporters to ride, run or walk as much as possible throughout the month of May in aid of UN Women UK.

This charity's work is phenomenal today and always, and for this particular fundraising effort we have chosen their programme in, and for, Ukraine to be our focus.

From the UN Women United Kingdom's website:

More than 1.5 million people – two-thirds of whom are women and children – have been displaced since the conflict started in eastern Ukraine in 2014. These numbers are expected to rise significantly with each new day.

UN Women is committed to delivering for women on the ground.

We are working to ensure that women, especially those who are displaced, survivors of violence, HIV positive, Roma women, and disabled women, are not left behind. UN Women is working to ensure that women and girls’ rights are upheld during times of peace, and now, in this frightening time of war.

Your donation can help address the needs of women in Ukraine and for those who are fleeing the violence into neighbouring countries, including those experiencing violence at a time of urgent crisis.
