Tuesday 8th June - all 3 made the distance!!! Thanks to all those that supported this great cause so far - a great result.   As predicted the ability range was evident by the finishing times -

Dan - 6 hours 52 mins and an improvement on his time from last year.  Well done Dan, the week cycling the mountains in Corsica the week before seems to have paid off.

Simon - 8 hours 39 mins.  A great result for the Caddick's first big ride especially as he ran the last 3 miles with his bike on his back just to make the race count!!

Rich - 8 hours 7 mins and definitely still light!  Very happy to finish the ride with no twinges or aches.

Us 3 intrepid sportsmen(?) from LBG Loans Finance have entered for the 120mile Dragon ride around South Wales on the 6th June (yes it is that far!).  As this is a daunting endeavour for us we thought it a great opportunity to raise some cash for a great cause - MIND - the leading mental health charity for England and Wales.

This will be a very tough ride, mostly uphill we believe and so training very hard, so it will really help us to grind our way to the end if we know we will make a really positive contribution at the end of it.  We have differing levels of ability from the semi-pro to novice, work out who's who below :

- Dan  - I will be trying for a personal best over the distance (you can do it Dan!)

- Simon - I will be going all out to win (no question!)

- Richard - I aim to make it to the end before it gets dark!
