Story
The Flying Granny is back and this time Grandchildren Jane and Ian are joining her!
In 2007, Great-Grandmother, Isobel Craigie took to the skies and raised nearly £15,000 in a sponsored wing-walk just days after her 80th birthday. Afterwards she said that in five years she would skydive but no one thought she was serious. Unable to wait for her 85th birthday, Isobel plans to jump from 10,000 feet on the 5th June this year at Errol Airfield, Perthshire.
This time she will be accompanied (or some might say escorted) by two of her Grandchildren, Jane and Ian, both of whom couldn’t bear to watch their Grandmother disappear behind the clouds on top of a light aircraft in 2007. They recognise that there is no stopping Isobel but despite their fears would rather join her in the skies and keep her in sight.
With the extra support from Jane and Ian, Isobel hopes that together they can again raise another phenomenal amount of money on behalf of the MS Society to help them in their efforts to find a cure.
Isobel, Jane and Ian would like to thank you all for visiting this page and supporting them.
